September 2005 and we were on holiday in Scotland and visiting Pitlochry, As we had a meal in Victoria's Restaurant I realized what a wonderful view we had overlooking the higgledy- piggledy roof tops. I asked the manageress if she minded me sitting near the window and drawing. So they closed off my area to give me peace and, whilst my wife explored the shops, I spent a delightful hour drinking coffee and drawing. That original was in pencil which I have now turned into this ink and watercolour wash.
