There's that eyeline geometry again. Note the hoops on the barrel on the left. Nine inches off the stage floor the hoop is a straight line but the further up the barrel one goes, the more pronounced the curve in the hoops become. | ||
The black line down the centre of the above two flats
is where the drawing was folded. |

As you surf about my scenery pages you'll spot trends like this - thick beams, barrels, steps etc. items that appear often in my set designs. Some would call it a style. I'm more inclined to call it laziness as I can't be bothered to dream up something new! |
