These are two sets of bookflats mounted on two separate trucks. On the stage these two trucks will be placed a few feet apart. Everything is painted on and I took great pains (No pun intended) to get the perspective geometry right of the open windows. These are the windows through which Oliver sings "Who will buy?"

Once all the painting was completed I then cut out the voids. Through these voids can be seen more scenery including, on the left, a painted brick pillar destined to be part of the "Workhouse"
