| PATRICK I don't know if these "Model" pages add anything to this scenery painting section of the Sleepover musical. Feel free to drop. | ||
| SCENE ONE | ||
| The dimensions of this scale model are that of the last Primary School stage which I worked on, which is 17 ft. 6 inches wide by ten foot deep and ten feet high (probably the smallest school stage you are ever likely to come across i.e. the worst-case scenario). This model, and cast, is at a scale of 1 cm : 1ft, but the photos have been reduced to go on the web. I have assumed cast are all 4'6" tall. | ||

| The scenery in this model of Scene One is:- A backcloth running the full length along the back, And two separate wings, ("tree" and "ivy-wall"). Both wings are dispensable. |
||
| This photo was taken from above the normal audience eyeline, which means there is, apparently, a building on the left wing in contradiction with the 'steps' on the backcloth. However from the lower level of the audience they will see this as acceptable. | ||
Steps on right for Nan and Grandad to enter. |
