Above is the updated drawing... no changes except we will be hanging a black border to hide the lights, and dropping the barrel from in front of the door.

UPDATE... 14TH AUGUST... The above scene was OK'd by the Producer with some minor tweaks.

And when it's all put together it looks like the photo below. Note how so much of the sides of the cloth is lost. But one has to take into account the view from the "Extreme Seats" (the ones in the front row at either far side) who can see around the flats into the wings. My friend Terry ("Don't forget the shadows") says there is a distinct similarity between myself and my painting of the pub sign.!
