Right, the holes have now been cut out.
Time to try the project with a couple of the builders.
Ignore the scaffolding in the foreground
which I was using to stand on to cut the holes. This will be removed.
Finally, lets see if "one size fits all" and try a couple of
different heads - this time some willing restaurant customers.
