The Ruined Church of Tremorden Castle. Because this
was a thrust stage with the audience well to the left and right in a raked
auditorium, I was in a dilemma about the eyeline and vanishing points,
so elected to work to the audience in the centre and about five feet off
the
stage floor. However this photo was taken well to the right of this point
hence the peculiar arches which appear to be going in two directions at
the same time. Some of these "ruins" flats were changed about and used again the next year in Brigadoon |
