VILLAGE CLOTH and WELL

And here is the back cloth and Well on stage. Jack was played by Michelle Howard. The Well was struck for later scenes which meant my painting behind it was not wasted!
With a small stage and limited lighting, unfortunately they could not get rid of the shadow of the well on the cloth. Cloth hangs nicely - not a wrinkle in sight.

For those interested in perspective (Teresa!) the horizon/eyeline is one foot above the stage floor. Which means the path is sloping upwards.
